Draft submitted to General Secretariat of the Government for consideration in September 2018 and presented at a meeting of the Council of Ministers on 3 July 2022. Revised draft sent to Secretariat on 10 March 2024; various legislative reviews and exchanges. Last legislative review by the Secretariat in September 2024. |
