Draft enabling legislation adopted. Implementing regulations under preparation with the Attorney General's Office. Update on 20 Feb. 2024: transfer CITES regulations for analysis. Full legislative analysis done by the Secretariat on 6 March 2024. Additional analysis done in January 2024. 

Finalization of implementing regulations and transmission to the Secretariat. Agreement between Seychelles and Secretariat on revised legislative analysis, including possible Category 1 status.
