CITES legislation enacted and submitted to the Secretariat for analysis. First formal warning issued at SC74. Request for assistance with legislation received 4 October 2023. Kyrgyzstan to provide current legislative instruments for analysis. National legislation submitted on 31.10.2023. Second formal warning issued by SC77. Legislative analysis done by Secretariat on 5 Dec.2023. Further legislative analysis done in Oct. and Dec. 2024, and in Feb. 2025. 

Finalization and submission of revised legislation. Agreement between KG and Secretariat on revised legislative analysis, including Category 1 status.
