SSFA with UNEP completed. Draft legislation prepared with comments by the Secretariat and translated into local languages and submitted to Ministry for approval. Request for update sent on 18 Feb. 2024. Response received on 19 Feb. 2024: will provide information soon.  First formal warning issued at SC78. Update received in March 2025. Legislative analysis sent by Secretariat in April 2025.
