Rapid-Field Identification of Dalbergia Woods and Rosewood Oil by NIRS Technology
The manual was developed by Brazil as part of the outcomes of the CTSP project "Rapid-Field Identification of Dalbergia Woods and Rosewood Oil by NIRS Technology". "NIR" stands for near-infrared spectral spectroscopy, and is a tool that can be used as a rapid identification method in the field of specimens of Aniba rosaeodora and Dalbergia spp. It also includes guidelines on the use of the equipment needed, the portable MicroPhazir (TM) RX analyzer and accesory for liquid samples.
