The Depositary Government of the Convention (the Government of the Swiss Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that the Republic of San Marino deposited its instrument of accession on 22 July 2005. The Convention will enter into force for San Marino on 20 October 2005.
San Marino is situated in southern Europe. It is an enclave in central Italy.
