This thesis aims to establish a policy proposal of the fauna, through a regulatory framework in relation to the exploitation of the species of the Brazilian fauna, threatened or not, taking into account account the treatment of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES, in English) of commercial farming and the Convention's policy guidelines nationals of the signatories.
